SAYDĀM : FOCUS(이하 "앱")는 학생용 집중 타이머 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
기기에만 저장되는 정보: 집중 세션 기록(시작 시각·시간), 예약 잠금 시간표, 차단할 앱 선택. 이 정보는 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. iOS의 스크린타임(Family Controls) 관련 데이터는 Apple 시스템이 관리하며 앱 외부로 수집·전송되지 않습니다.
클라우드에 저장되는 정보 (Google Firebase, 익명 계정): 익명 사용자 ID, 일별 집중 시간 합계, 스터디 그룹 이름·별명·멤버십, (등록 시) 보호자 이메일 주소·동의 시각·앱 언어. 이름, 전화번호, 실제 이메일 등 계정 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
결제 정보: 구독 결제는 Apple App Store / Google Play가 처리하며, 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
일별 집중 시간 합계 — 스터디 그룹 주간 랭킹 계산
보호자 이메일 — 학생 본인의 명시적 동의하에 주간 집중 리포트 발송(매주 월요일)
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
데이터는 Google Firebase(서울 리전, asia-northeast3)에 저장됩니다. 보호자 리포트 이메일 발송 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고 목적의 수집·판매를 하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 광고가 없습니다.
4. 보유 및 삭제
앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 정보가 삭제됩니다.
보호자 이메일은 앱의 "보호자 리포트" 화면에서 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 즉시 리포트 발송이 중단됩니다.
클라우드 데이터(집중 기록 등) 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다. 보호자 리포트 기능은 학생 본인이 앱에서 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 작동합니다.
SAYDĀM : FOCUS ("the app") is a focus timer for students. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
1. Information we collect
Stored only on your device: focus session history (start time and duration), the scheduled-lock timetable, and your selection of apps to block. This never leaves your device. Screen Time (Family Controls) data on iOS is managed by Apple's system and is never collected or transmitted by the app.
Stored in the cloud (Google Firebase, anonymous account): an anonymous user ID, daily focus-time totals, study-group name/nickname/membership, and — only if you register one — a guardian's email address, the consent timestamp, and your app language. We do not collect your name, phone number, or any account-identifying email.
Payments: subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play. The app never sees your card or payment details.
2. How we use it
Daily focus totals power the weekly study-group leaderboard.
The guardian email is used solely to send a weekly focus report (Monday mornings), and only with the student's explicit in-app consent.
3. Sharing
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Seoul region, asia-northeast3). Apart from the guardian report email, we do not share personal data with third parties, and we never sell data or use it for advertising. The app currently contains no ads.
4. Retention and deletion
Deleting the app deletes all on-device data.
You can remove the guardian email yourself on the app's Guardian Report screen; reports stop immediately.
To delete cloud data (focus records etc.), email us below and we will delete it promptly.
5. Children
Children under the age required by local law should use the app with a parent or guardian's consent. The guardian report only operates with the student's explicit in-app consent.
